Using Listening Computer
By using Listening Computer, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use the service only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access other people's accounts or content.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You give us only the permission needed to process, store, and display that content so we can provide the service. We process personal data only as needed to provide and secure the service.
Plans and payments
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices, billing periods, and included usage are shown when you subscribe. You can manage or cancel a plan from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Service availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. AI and transcription features can make mistakes, so you are responsible for reviewing their results. The service is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability and changes
To the extent allowed by law, Listening Computer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. We may update these terms and will post the revised date here. If you have questions, contact support@listening.computer.
